CRiSTAL Warehouse Management System

CRiSTAL 3PL Services Billing module (3SB)
The 3SB module is developed to complement the CRiSTAL Warehouse Management System in meeting 3PL (Third Party Logistics) warehousing operations' needs to compile services performed on behalf of their customers in order to bill the customers for service rendered.

It is designed as an activity based billing system.

The module is tightly integrated with CRiSTAL WMS which minimize re-entry of data in order to perform the billing function, thereby minimize calculation and data entry error.

Conceptualized as a tool for 3PL, apart from services, it incorporate 18 storage charges calculation methods together with the capability to handle daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly and even user-defined period.

Taken into consideration unit of measurement, including volume, weight or revenue tons, it is capable of more than 1,000 permutations.

New calculation methods are always been developed to be in pace with 3PL operations.

CRiSTAL Warranty Service Management System (WSM)
The warranty system is designed for manufacturers and distributors of appliances and equipments that required to be supported by warranty.

It is designed to enhance customer relationship and warranty management.

CRiSTAL WSM incorporates the capability to monitor customer complaints and warranty servicing that has to be performed on any piece of appliance or equipment and cost of supporting the warranty extended.

It also monitors delinquent customers and identify potential defects, thereby enabling the manufacturers and distributors to take corrective action before any serious fallout.

Integrated is a job-billing module that enable client to monitoring payment and help to ensure proper pricing of services rendered.

A separate but fully integrated Parts Inventory Management module further enhances the WSM, enabling user to plan and maintain parts inventory required to support the service operation.

CRiSTAL Customers Acquisition Management System is a decision support system (DSS) that assist in the analysis of data on the returns of membership application forms.
